Lectors proclaim the readings and prayers of the faithful at Mass.  Individuals who attend Mass weekly and possess a strong and clear voice, are encouraged to volunteer and be trained to serve in this ministry.  Through preparation and prayer, the Lector develops a deep connection with the Word of God.
